The location of this accommodation was just stunning! the views from the breakfast room were incredible and our room overlooked a beautiful river. the sitting room was also very comfortable and well-decorated. It was great to have a sofa in the bedroom too. the breakfast served was simply delicious and plentiful, with plenty of croissants, orange juice, fruit, and more.
the road on the north side can be faintly heard and may bother some guests.

Spending Christmas at this chateau was a true delight! The historic building was beautifully maintained, which made me feel like a privileged houseguest. It was wonderful to be in the calm countryside and appreciate the tranquil atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and they went over and above to make sure we felt at home. We enjoyed being able to relax in the tastefully decorated sitting room and savor delicious local food in the cozy breakfast room. The views of the river were superb, and we felt completely rejuvenated after our stay.
One slight downside was that the hotel was located in a remote area, which made it challenging to get around without a car. , the noise from the road nearby was occasionally noticeable, but it didn't spoil our overall experience.

During our extended stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the extraordinary reception by the lovely hostess, Madame La Duchesse. Staying in a true chateau in a beautiful environment provided a unique and enchanting experience. We were looked after exceptionally well, with all the privacy imaginable, making us feel right at home. the comfortable and beautifully decorated sitting room, overlooking the river, was a highlight. the delicious breakfast with plentiful croissants, pain au chocolat, and fresh fruit was a perfect start to the day.
The Chateau's location in the peaceful countryside does come with a slight drawback - the faint sound of the nearby road, about three quarters of a mile away, can be heard at times.

I had the privilege of feeling like a valued guest during my stay at this beautifully maintained and authentic Château. The staff provided extraordinary service and made me feel completely at home. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with stunning views of the river from both my room and the breakfast room. The sitting room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast served each morning was simply delicious, with a wide variety of pastries, fruit, and juice. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, breakfast, and staff were all exceptional.
Hard to think of anything negative.
